All physical merchandise is fulfilled and shipped via Printful. Below is how shipping works, what to expect, and where to find the official carrier + fulfillment details.
Shipping cost, taxes, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Because Printful fulfillment is print-on-demand, production time can vary by product and season.
How orders ship (Printful fulfillment)
- Production first: Items are made on demand after purchase.
- Then shipping: Once fulfilled, the order is handed off to the carrier and tracking is created.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link when your package ships (when available).
- Multiple packages: If your order contains different products, it may ship in separate packages.
How long does fulfillment take?
Fulfillment time depends on the product and current volume. The most accurate estimate is shown during checkout. Seasonal periods (holidays, major sales) may increase production time.
How long does shipping take?
Transit time varies by destination and carrier service. Checkout provides the best estimate for your address. Once shipped, the carrier controls delivery speed.
Do you ship internationally?
If international shipping is available for the products in your cart, it will appear at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country.
What about customs / import fees?
Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are typically charged by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. These are not controlled by JPGStudios or Printful and may be due upon delivery.
